there's just one way to do this

i took the leap and am pursuing this business all balls out! it can't be done right any other way. as of today i'm in the unemployed statistic but will soon migrate over to the self-employed bucket. shit i'm scared. stay tuned for the latest on the amaranth milk.

feedback

I gave some co-workers a sample of the bar....too sweet. next round i'll reduce the amount of honey and maybe add some herb to counter the sweetness. any chefs out there that can recommend a certain herb? mint? thyme?

first tasting

I ate one of the bars today and it was very rich with a light texture. Definitely need a different brand of blueberries as these have corn syrup. Tomorrow I'll be giving a couple away to freinds to obtain theiropinion.

Recipe Experimentation



First try at the product. The next iterations will have some herbs - mint, basil, rosemary and stuff like that. My co- workers will have to be my victim tasters and I will post their reactions.
